If you are having issues with your order, please refer to your order details in the DoorDash app or on DoorDash.com. DoorDash will be able to help with any issues related to missing items, incorrect orders, etc.

Below are some frequently asked questions we've received from our Guests that you might find helpful.

We don’t technically have a physical dining room since we run our restaurant through DoorDash. That’s actually how we keep our stupid low prices - we don’t have to pay more for rent!

Right now, It's Just Wings is available for delivery only via DoorDash.

On average, DoorDash services a 3-6 mile radius, however this is subject to change based upon driver availability within certain areas. Please check back soon as we continue to work on expanding our services.

All order customization must be done via the DoorDash app or at DoorDash.com. It’s Just Wings does not support special requests for orders. If you have any further questions or comments regarding future orders please make sure to contact DoorDash at the time your order is placed so that they can assist.
